چکیده
The COVID-19 pandemic has provided momentum for the global energy transition and countries, including Indonesia, should take this opportunity to accelerate process. This paper reviews Indonesian subsidy policy failures using JUST Framework developed by Heffron McCauley (2018) day-watchman approach Soko?owski (2020). article aims provide different views on why have hampered Indonesia's transition, primarily focusing need urgent reform its transition. utilises quantitative, qualitative, comparative analyses assess failures, highlighting strategies in reforming policies. countries selected study are classified into: OECD Non-OECD countries. result confirms that despite Government's efforts fossil fuel subsidies improving renewable development, Indonesia is no better than learn from others (France, Spain, Brazil). Additionally, shows giving more hampers a country's development Therefore, would be conducted most effectively through balanced regulation of approach.

An Authorization Framework Resilient to Policy Evaluation Failures
In distributed computer systems, it is possible that the evaluation of an authorization policy may suffer unexpected failures, perhaps because a sub-policy cannot be evaluated or a sub-policy cannot be retrieved from some remote repository. Ideally, policy evaluation should be resilient to such failures and, at the very least, fail “gracefully” if no decision can be computed. We define syntax a...

Future sustainable energy systems will need efficient, clean, low-cost, renewable energy sources, as well as market structures that motivate sustainable behaviors on the part of households and businesses. “Smart grid” components can help consumers manage their consumption only if pricing policies are in place that motivate consumers to install and use these new tools in ways that maximize utili...

This paper aims to investigate transition paths and reasons of failure of Iran’s wind turbines industry in transition to sustainability successfully. In this regard, a qualitative approach and case study strategy have been used. For this purpose, based on type of national innovation system, the transition path and sustainability transition status of the wind turbines industry in selected countr...
متن کاملExploring The Value of Energy Disaggregation Through Actionable Feedback
Over the past few years, dozens of new techniques have been proposed for more accurate energy disaggregation, but the jury is still out on whether these techniques can actually save energy and, if so, whether higher accuracy translates into higher energy savings. In this paper, we explore both of these questions. First, we develop new techniques that use disaggregated power data to provide acti...
متن کاملThe EU’s New Energy and Climate Policy Framework for 2030: Implications for the German Energy Transition
In October 2014, the leaders of the 28 EU Member States in the European Council agreed upon the outline of a common strategy for energy and climate policy to 2030. Until the very end of negotiations, the agreement was subject to Poland’s consent. The strategy includes quantified targets for the EU in three areas: emissions mitigation, renewable energy, and energy efficiency. At the same time, t...
